When did you start your position at ArcelorMittal Building Solutions and what is your job title?
I started my position on February 1, 2026, and I am employed as a project estimator.

What motivated you to apply for the position?
I saw the job posting on LinkedIn and decided to apply. I have previously worked with Lars Rosengren, which made me even more interested in the role.

Do you have any previous experience in the industry?
I have about 20 years of experience in the construction industry, working with steel, so the sector is not entirely new to me. I am used to quickly familiarizing myself with new markets and hope to contribute my experience from previous roles.

What does a typical workday look like?
My workday can be very varied, ranging from reviewing quotes, preparing offers, handling orders, and more.

How has your first time at the company been?
It has been exciting, as there are many new things to learn and get acquainted with.

What do you do when you’re not working?
I enjoy taking walks by the sea, as I’m fortunate to live very close to the Kattegat. I am also interested in sports, having been an active football and handball player myself. Otherwise, I try to spend as much time as possible with my siblings, their children, and grandchildren.
