Can you tell us a bit about your path to the role of Country Manager in Denmark?
– My path to the role of Country Manager in Denmark has been both exciting and challenging. I have always sought out challenges rather than the safe choice, and that has given me the opportunity to work with many different tasks and areas of responsibility along the way. This mindset has helped shape my career and has led me to the role I have today.

What does a typical workday look like for you?
– There really is no typical workday. We are still a relatively small organization in Denmark, so the days can vary a lot. It can range from jobcalls and customer meetings to handling day-to-day challenges and making sure things work in practice.

What motivates you the most in your work?
– What motivates me the most is the excitement and challenge of not always knowing what the day will bring. At the same time, it is very motivating to be involved in building something from the ground up and seeing the results develop over time.

If you had to describe your work in three words, which would you choose?
– Challenging, exciting, and rewarding.

What do you do to unwind outside of work?
– When I unwind, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. And when the opportunity arises, I also enjoy going for a ride on my motorcycle.
